Yoga Retreats

Developing a yoga practice sets a strong foundation for all other activities in your life such as walking, running, swimming and other sports.

We hope to provide a welcoming space for new and experienced yogis.

It's important to find a yoga teacher and style of yoga to meet your needs. Whatever your reasons for beginning yoga, you will feel better, you will look better and become more confident and embrace the world around you in a more balanced way.

it does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. it means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

As a community studio we are dedicated to Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This tradition is perfect for those who need to relax and let go....dynamic, creative classes with sequences set to trendy cool tunes, this practice is challenging, completely calming and totally fulfilling.

  • Pre-registration classes - full payment is required at time of registration to guarantee space. Fees are non-refundable or transferable.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class.
  • If arriving late please wait quietly until opening centering is complete before setting your mat down.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely – yoga is practiced barefoot
  • Please refrain from wearing perfume as it might affect others
  • Try to practice on an empty stomach
  • Inform the teacher if you have any injuries or health concerns
  • Please inform the instructor if you are pregnant: moms-to-be should practice with the approval of their Doctor

2017 Bali Yoga Retreat

Recharge the body, mind and spirit. This yoga retreat was a spiritual and cultural gift. An incredible group of like-minded Yogis guided by the radiant and inspiring YuMee Chung (Padmani).

From the busy city of Ubud, we travelled 3 hours to beautiful North Bali and the simple elegance of the Poinciana Seaside Resort & Retreat Centre.

The setting was heavenly and untouched by the passing hands of time. The environment provided a balance of modern comfort with nature, tradition and style in harmony with the incredible beauty and traditional village life for which Northern Bali is well known.

Our group was hugged and surrounded in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility… the perfect place to relax and practice daily yoga and embrace personal growth.
